I have all the necessary licenses' and legal cover, plus I only use the best equipment.
I always turn up to an event in plenty of time, I'm happy to set up before any of your guests arrive. It's your special event and I work to your scheduled.
I find it very rewarding working as a mobile DJ, I have a great passion for the job and love getting everybody dancing.
I'm committed to making your special event a well organised, smooth flowing absolute success.

Every venue is different, they all have specific requirements and needs, I have played at small and large events from the pub disco to entertaining the masses in clubs.

The Young Ones
Kids of all ages love to dance.
Invite a group of them to a birthday disco at the village hall and they go for it big time, I always have a great time entertaining them, and they always get the first dance at a wedding, usually when I'm setting up.
I have been C.R.B. (criminal records bureau) Checked, allowing me to work with children.
I have a reduced rate for a children's birthday disco, I use the same equipment as I would for a larger event, and the glow-sticks and goodies are free.

The PlayList
The phrase “Mobile DJ” can to some of you be a bit scary, one of the first question I get asked is "what sort of music do you play?" My answer to that one is simple. "anything that you would like me to play"
I have absolutely no idea what your favourite songs are or what style of music you and your guests would like me to play. Its not always about filling the dance floor some people just don't like to dance, and playing a few songs to make them happy is OK by me, and quite often it gets them dancing as well.
I'm happy to play all the standard floor fillers and I'm pretty good at reading the room, but having a playlist of your favourite songs to work from is very important. I will use my musical knowledge and experience as a DJ to link the songs together and play a few songs that you may not have thought of.
I’m more than happy to meet up with you to discuss your requirements in person, you may have a specific style or theme in mind or songs that you would like me to play or avoid.
I’m always happy to play requests for your family and friends on the night, I will always check with you if I feel that their choice of music is not to your liking. If you are more than happy to let me choose the music, then that’s fine by me.

Mobile DJ

A great deal of behind the scene work is involved in organising the music, checking that everything is working, loading the van, getting to the venue, unloading and setting up the equipment.
Then I get to play the tunes and ensure that everybody has a good time. (the fun bit).
After the party is over, I pack away the equipment, load the van, travel back home and unload again.
